About Me
Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a psychotherapist working with adults navigating emotional pain, trauma, and life experiences that often continue to shape how one feels, relates, and responds- sometimes in ways that are not easy to understand or put into words.
My work is grounded in creating a space that feels safe and steady, but also one where deeper layers can be explored at a pace that feels manageable.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals carrying experiences that don’t always show outwardly—memories that return unexpectedly, emotional patterns that repeat, or a sense of something feeling unsettled despite efforts to cope or move forward.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as we begin to understand these experiences more closely, allowing space for them to gradually shift.
My approach is trauma-focused and integrative. At times, our work may involve making sense of patterns, at other times gently working with memories, emotions, or body responses that hold past experiences. The process is not rushed, and it unfolds in a way that respects your pace.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a space where you can be as you are- where you can speak freely, sit in silence, or take time to find words when they are not immediately available.
Often, people come to this work after trying to manage things on their own, or after other forms of support haven’t fully helped. If that has been your experience, you are not alone.
Outside the therapy room, I spend time painting, reading, and being with my family. These moments help me stay connected to the same sense of presence and reflection that I bring into my work.
This space and this work is for you. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
